A £35 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the cost of your treatment. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice. If you cancel or fail to attend your appointment after this time frame, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required for any future bookings.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be sent via WhatsApp to Lydia at 07721 168678 or by email to hello@groovebeauty.co.uk.
At Groove, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service to all of our clients. To respect both the time of our practitioners and other patients awaiting appointments, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a charge equal to the booking fee.
Please notify us of any cancellations by phone, WhatsApp, or email as soon as possible.
Rescheduling Policy: To reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. If a reschedule occurs within 48 hours of the original appointment time, the booking fee will still apply.
Exceptions: We understand that unforeseen situations arise. In the event of illness or emergencies, we are happy to review each case individually.
Late Arrivals: Arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment. While we will do our best to accommodate you, please note that the full charges for the appointment may still apply.
